AMAZING ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE, + PLACES THAT WILL BLOW UP YOUR HEART

It was a great honour to be able to travel to Africa to see the organizations in this region and all that they are doing. I was blown away by the sacrifice of the people who work there. My heart has always been to go to Africa and see where the world began... I cannot put into words what these journeys have done to my heart. My heart felt at home, and now I live vicariously through 2 organizations who are giving their all to the children of Uganda.

EDRISA

Edrisa is a little boy that I met in 2015 the first time we went to Uganda, He made such an impact in my life, that when I came home, I immediately turned my blog into a place to raise money to support Edrisa. I'm happy to say that for the past 6 years my blog tribe has been donating to download and sponsoring Edrisa!

TO AFRICA WITH LOVE

To Africa with Love is a Non Profit Organization caring and working with children in need and orphans. Fay and her staff provide a loving family environment for orphaned, abandoned and otherwise vulnerable children who have no one else to care for them.

EAGLE'S WINGS

Eagles Wings Children's Village made up of many many children. These children life in family units with up to 25 brothers and sisters. Each Family unite has a mom and a dad that care for them. EWCV is also boarding school for children from the most impoverished villages around. I was astonished when I saw just how amazing this organization was and how it is changing the lives of so many children. When Children who grew up in this school on to higher education in; teaching, law, and social work and then they come back and work to help others- that is a true testament to the lessons being taught by this amazing organization!
